Always enjoy free shipping! Only when returning a product, the costs are your responsibility. Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Custom-made products cannot be returned. Partial refunds for damaged items or late returns. Refunds will be processed after inspection and will be credited to your credit card or original payment method. In case of delayed refunds, please check with your bank and contact info@kainabel.be if issues persist. Return items via registered mail at your own expense. Buyer's right to renounce within 14 days; exceptions may apply.
