Our Return Policy allows a 14-day return for unused items in original condition. Custom-made products are non-returnable, but fitting packages can be returned free. Cancellations are accepted until the fitting's return. Partial refunds may apply in specific cases. Refunds are processed promptly. For returns, mail items to Kaïn & Abel at the provided addresses.
